Multi-Family Investment Club is a privately held real estate investment firm that buys Value-Add properties across the US. We hold our properties long term for cash flow and appreciation. Our home is at the base of the Silicon Slopes in Salt Lake City, Utah where we got our start buying multi unit investments. In addition to our managing partners personally owning and operating over 1,700 doors, Multi-Family Investment Club has partnered with a number of successful and experienced investment firms who own and manage thousands of multifamily units across the United States.
